Shipping Methods

Once you have placed your order it will take the team on average 4-5 business days to make, label and ship your product to you (if it is not currently in stock). You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number. We will email and/or call you if there are any expected delays in processing your order. 


To return your product, email us at info@dieselglassinc.com for all the shipping information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Diesel Glass Inc. ships with UPS and uses a standard rate based on weight  to cover shipping and glass cost. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

All Sales are considered FINAL after 3 days from the email confirmation of delivery by UPS.

There are some circumstances in which some prices may not be accurate and in those cases we will contact you and work out the situation on a case by case term so that we can issue you a refund.
